Invokes submenu with three choices

Lower Case

Hot key: Ctrl+O. Change the the selected text to lower case.

Upper Case

Hot key: Ctrl+U. Change the the selected text to upper case

Toggle Case

Hot key: Ctrl+U. Toggles the case of the selected text.
